COLOR HARMONY ILLUSTRATIONS

This project began in high school when the students were given a project to choose someone

from the faculty from the yearbook images and illustrate that person. The illustrations would be

sent to the principle to review and choose which ones would be featured in the yearbook. I choose

the most interesting faculty member I could find. She had the “I don’t care about this” face along

with an elegant and intricate floral patterned shirt. She was perfect. Unfortunately, my illustration of

the faculty member was too… let’s say, beautiful, to be sent to the principal for review. It wasn’t

until years later that came back to this project and colorized it with different color harmonies.
